So sorry to hear. I never met him but enjoy hearing the stories and fond memories through Facebook. My heart goes out to Melissa, Nancy and the rest of the family. A memorial donation is being made to Schoolcraft College.

When Bill was around 7 years old he and his class at school participated in an after school Activity of a Marching contest which they practiced for weeks after school. He come home one day all proud of himself bragging to me his Older Brother how his class had come in Third Place. I of course applauded his accomplishment followed by a question of ,How many teams were there, He without any hesitation told me , THREE, I still privately laugh about this little moment of innocence from my Little Brother.
