William passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family at his home. William was a decorated veteran who served in the [war] and spent another 25 years in the reserves/active duty. William was born on April 1st 1950 in Bishopville SC to his parents Bertha and Richard. He is survived by a list of family members who are still alive. The family requests that flowers be sent to 396 Cousar St Bishopville SC. There will be a funeral service held at 10am at Mt. Zion in Bishopville SC.
