Born in Puyallup to Wilson and Dolores Vine, he was the youngest of four. He is proceeded in death by his sister Mary Michelich and both parents. Bill's sisters remaining sisters are, Jo Ann Pogue (Ken Pogue-spouse) and Linda Callahan (Fred Callahan-deceased). Bill was married to Roxann Vine for 54 years and shared their life with Scot Vine and Jeanna Gourdine (Jim Gourdine-deceased) as well as Bill's daughter from a previous relationship Katherine (Ben-spouse)

We will be hosting a Celebration Of Life on July 19th at our home. Bill loved family and BBQ's, so we will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers and all the trimming in his honor. We will be starting at 2:00 pm and sharing stories and memories with friends and family.
