William was born on October 31, 1951, in Waco, TX, and was a man who lived with unwavering faith and dedication. A God-driven soul, he exemplified the virtues of kindness, generosity, and love throughout his life. William was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back, always prioritizing the needs of others before his own.
A devoted father to his four beautiful daughters, William instilled in them the values of compassion, integrity, and strength. He was their rock, their protector, and their greatest supporter. His love for his family was boundless, and his wisdom and caring nature will live on through them.
