It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William Howard Slaughter, who peacefully departed from this world on August 29, 2025, in Kathleen, GA. He was 73 years old.

William was born on October 31, 1951, in Waco, TX, and was a man who lived with unwavering faith and dedication. A God-driven soul, he exemplified the virtues of kindness, generosity, and love throughout his life. William was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back, always prioritizing the needs of others before his own.

A devoted father to his four beautiful daughters, William instilled in them the values of compassion, integrity, and strength. He was their rock, their protector, and their greatest supporter. His love for his family was boundless, and his wisdom and caring nature will live on through them.

He was known to those around him as a king—an embodiment of strength, yet with a heart full of tenderness and a spirit that inspired everyone he met. William's legacy will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those who had the privilege to know him.

William is survived by his beloved daughters, who cherish the lessons he taught them and the love he showed them every day. His memory will be carried on by his family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by his generosity and faith.
