William (Will) Santiago, 58, of Hartford, Connecticut passed away on February 23, 2022. Will was born on May 9, 1963 in Lackawanna, New York, spent his childhood in Holyoke, Massachusetts, and established himself as a family man in Hartford, Connecticut.
Will valued family and community above all. If it meant helping someone in need, he would drop everything he was doing to show up for them fully. Creating memories, going on adventures, and experiencing life …
