Background
William's love of the water started in early when he was a teen in Charleston, WV at the YMCA of Kanawha Valley. Throughout the years, Bill would sponsor yearly memberships for unprivileged teens in Charleston. Bill's love for the water and being a lifeguard lead him to a life changing career in the U.S. Navy.
