William's obituary
It is with a heavy heart the Ruben family must announce the passing of William Harrison Ruben, also known as Billy to his friends. He was born on January 20, 1940 in Colton, California and lived in Calimesa, California when he passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 82.
Billy lived a good life, enjoyed going for walks and spending time with his family and friends.
He served in the United States Army after high school where he received a good conduct award for his services
He was in business with his brothers owning a successful iron and metal company in San Bernardino, California where he retired.
He will be greatly missed by his brother and sister -n- law, Donald and Pat Ruben. His two sisters Norma Robbins and Debra Flint. His two daughters, Roslyn Wesley and Elizabeth Acueto, son -n- law, Manuel Acueto. Grandchildren, Jason & Jeremy Wesley, wife Carolina Wesley, Stephanie Acueto, finance Eric Garcia & Katarina Acueto, partner Andres Loera. Great grandchildren Mason Garcia and Madison Wesley
Our Dads moto was “live your life” and that is what he did with his family and friends. Dad you will be missed.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 16th 2022 at 9:30 AM at Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers directly to the Cemetery.
A private celebration of life will be held after the ceremony for family and close friends
