It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of William Ruback, more affectionally known as "Bill", on September 30, 2024. Born on November 28, 1955, William led a memorable life.
William leaves behind a loving family who were incredibly significant in his life. He is survived by his devoted wife, Yvonne Galarza, his cherished daughter and son-in-law, Brooke and Robert Pappas, doting granddaughters Stella and Francesca Pappas, supportive step-sons Miguel Vidal and Elliot …
