We love you, Bill!!! I will miss your presence, your stories, your vacations (I’ve been SO many places through you!), and your sound tax and life advice! I’m very saddened by this news. You were the very first person I trusted when moving here in 2002. Somehow I thought you’d live forever! If I can live half the life you did I’ll be just fine. This world will miss you, Royston!!

I met Bill when I moved to Atlanta in 1982 when he became my CPA. Bill was one of the most PRECIOUS human beings I have ever known... I knew him as a friend first, a big brother, an employer and my CPA. I could talk to him about ANYTHING! We shared so many wonderful memories together. We hiked, participated in the Peachtree Road Race, went to Pensacola for Blue Angels Weekend and so much more...It is such an honor to have known Bill, and I shall cherish all the precious memories. I love you Bill ALWAYS and am sure going to miss you... Until we meet again, my friend...

Im still in disbelief that our Bill is no longer with us. I will miss you so much Bill. He and i have been close friends for 15+years. I have so many great memories with Bill and our mutual friends. To know him is to love him. A great sense of humor and a huge warm heart. We’ve gone on vacations together, went hiking with our dogs and shopping in Blue Ridge. I have spent many New Year’s up in Elijay with Bill, drinking wine and cooking wonderful meals. I never knew anyone more positive than Bill, even when he started to experience some health issues. I chalked up his stubborn nature to the fact that he never wanted you to worry about him the way he worried about you. A friendship, I will cherish forever. I know Ace is so happy to greet you. See you on the other side, my friend (Spike). Love Always, Roxie

Bill and his tax services were highly recommended to me some years ago. How happy I was to meet this warm and friendly man! From the start, I knew that I could trust him... not only with my taxes but with 'personal' discussions. And we had MANY talks... work, friends, family, pets, home remodels, travels (loved hearing...and seeing photos... of his excursions), and of course politics. I admired him and his energetic, buoyant approach to life and feel so honored to have been given the chance to call him friend.
My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to Bill's family and all who loved him. He is... and will remain... sorely missed.

Bill has been our CPA for the past 35 years. He provided excellent professional service, but was much more than that - he was a good friend. We left Alpharetta in 1995 but maintained our relationship. We pretty much grew up and grew old together. I trusted and valued his advice both professional and personal. He will be missed. Our condolences to the family.

I knew Bill since 1984. He was not just our CPA but a lifelong friend since we met. Bill's sense of humor and goodness will always be remembered. We used to have long talks about everything imaginable, lately politics. I will try mightily to get down to Georgia for his celebration of life. I have a fun story to tell about old Bill. Needless to say, he will be missed.
