William (Bill) David Roche, 83, of New Boston, MI passed away unexpectedly on November 28, 2025.

He was born on September 4, 1942 in Freemont, MI. He served for 4 years in the Air Force where he trained as an aircraft mechanic, then went on to work for over 37 years in the field, retiring from Northwest Airlines.

He is predeceased in death by his sister, Bonnie, his beloved wife, Patricia, and his eldest son, Michael. He is survived by his sister Sharren, his two remaining sons, Christopher and Aron, and their wives Nguyen and Jennifer. He is also survived by seven loving grandchildren, Shannon,  Karissa and her husband Ameer, Hannah, Alexandria, Leah, Griffin, and Kayla, and one great-grandson, Adam, and numerous loyal friends and neighbors.

Bill will be remembered for his amazing mechanical abilities and hobbies which included restoring automobiles and tractors, and his meticulous attention to detail in home remodeling. His memory will live on through his family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Our Lady of the Woods in Woodhaven, MI at a date to be determined. Interment will follow. Friends and family are invited to attend and celebrate his life.
