Brother  I have you in my thoughts always.  Still really missing you.  Very sad about your passing so I only keep the good memories of you to lessen  your lost.  I hope you're with the rest of our family.

It’s been a year. It hasn’t been any easier without you. I miss you everyday! You will be missed by everyone who knew and loved you.

Was shocked and saddened to hear of The Ricemans passing.  All memories of him dating back to Lanape HS bring a smile to my face.  I've lived in Florida many years, in the late 90's I lived in Ft. Lauderdale and one Friday night I was at some hole in the wall bar with a bunch of friends and in walks Bill. Since, we laughed over how crazy that was. He was a good spirited guy and will be missed. My sincere condolences to his family.  R.I.P. Riceman
Hello Everyone. I hope all is well. We are two weeks out to the service. If you all did not see it will be July 22nd at Philippe Park Safety Harbor Fl starting at 11am. I would love to see all of you there. For those who can not attend I am going to try to find a way to live stream the service so we can all be together to grieve. If there’s anything you would like shared at the service, a letter, memento, pictures, etc please let me know. I’ll be happy with any and all that come. I hope you all continue to share memories on here and post nice things. Thank you all for your support.

"Those we love don't go away. They walk beside us everyday, unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and very dear.'  Although you were Steve's youngest brother, you were always Uncle Bill to me. I loved you dearly and always will. So many memories and happy times. I will miss your hearty laugh and your never ending stories. Miss you Uncle Bill for the last time.
I remember going to Billy's graduation from the Coast Guard.  Rob was so proud of his little brother.
I send my condolences to the family of Bill Rice. May you find God's peace during this time of mourning. May you keep great memories of Bill in your hearts. God Bless! Kesha Nixon-Asure Tampa
