William's obituary
With great sorrow, we announce the passing of William "Bill" Renshaw Sr., on October 6, 2023. Born on May 5, 1947, William was better known as Bill to some while others preferred to call him by his full name, William. A man of honor, love, and positivity, he was renowned for his outgoing personality and his ability to make friends wherever he went. He was also a proud veteran who served his country with pride.
William's family was his greatest joy and he showered them with deep affection and love. His legacy of love for his family will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him intimately. His passing has left a void in the hearts of many, and he will be greatly missed.
He leaves behind his beloved children; daughters Jolene M Mestas and Rachel R Rodden, sons William H Renshaw Jr. and Steven C Renshaw Sr. and their respective spouses, Danielle Renshaw, David Rodden and Nicole Renshaw. He is also survived by his sisters Alice Hilbolt, Mary Renshaw, and Carol Renshaw.
His memory will continue to live on through his cherished grandchildren; Macayla Gresley, Tyler Britt, Marissa Britt, Charlee Rodden, Emma Rodden, Robert Mestas, Kaitlyn Renshaw, Steven C Renshaw Jr., Courtney Renshaw, Nathaniel Castillo, and Callie Davis. Along with his 5 nieces & nephews, and several great nieces & nephews.
William was predeceased by his mother, Clare S Renshaw, his brother, Carl A Renshaw Jr., his father, Carl A Renshaw Sr. and his best friend Mary Lou Ruelas. His memories and life lessons will forever remain a beacon of love and joy to all who knew him.
William's passing is a stark reminder of the temporality of life, but his legacy of love, positivity, and his outgoing spirit remains eternal. He was a truly remarkable man, and we are all better for having known him.
