He was born to parents, Oscar and Nellie Ragland, on October 14, 1950, in Langdale, Alabama.
Eugene is survived by the love of his life, Cindi Brown. He is also survived by daughters Stephanie Ragland, Shannon (Chris) Bozeman, Lizzi (Ian) Willicott, and stepdaughters Tiffany (Joe) Johnson, Sarah (Greg) Good, as well as twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, …
