William Roy Pratko lived his life to the absolute fullest. He enjoyed the sweetest things that life has to offer with no apologies. If he wasn’t working on cars, racing around on dirt bikes, William was spending time with his sisters, Paula and Mickey. He truly loved life to the fullest and encouraged everyone else to. He could always be found with his Navy or Veteran ball cap on, the service he was so very proud to have been a part of. This trait he passed on to his eldest daughter, Rachel, who is currently serving in North Carolina. His fearlessness and love for life he passed on to his youngest daughter, Amber.  Billy faced everything in his life with the tenacity that he was given by his mother, Bonnie. 

William will be missed and thought of everyday in every activity that we know that he enjoyed and loved.
