William Phillips, 60, passed on August 13, 2020. He was born to Bill and Elaine Coughenour in Wellsville, Kansas on July 29,1960.

He married Ginger Phillips-Towle in 1987 and they lived together in Wellsville, Kanas. Together they raised 3 children Danielle Towle, Tiffany Phillips, William Phillips III. He is also survived by 1 grandchildren Hailey Dunlap.

William graduated from Wellsville High School in 1979 and received a cable technician from the Baker University in 1983.

William worked at Time Warner for a 5 years and then worked at Comcast and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
