On January 23, 2023, William Jack Phagan lll, of St. Simons Island, passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 73. Jack was born on January 18, 1950, to Katie Hite and William Jack Phagan II in Atlanta, GA. He met his high school sweetheart, Johannah, and they were married in May of 1972.
