William C. Olmstead (61) of Clearwater, Florida, passed away suddenly on October 29, 2023.

William, fondly known as Bill, was born to Charles and June Olmstead, in February 1961 in Gary, Indiana. At the young age of five years old Bill moved with his parents to Saint Petersburg, Florida.
