Such devastating news. Bill was one of the kindest, friendliest, caring people I’ve known. He was the first neighbor to welcome us when we moved across the street and made us feel so welcome. He always watched out for everyone, even the kids (handing out ice cream and putting up “Mr. Slow” in the street.) We always said we hit the lottery having a neighbor like him. He will be missed by so many.  Our hearts are with the O’Keefe family. May you find peace in the joyful memories he’s left for all. Bill was a legend.
