It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of William "Billy” Angelo Navarette, a gentle and kind-hearted man who left us on July 31, 2025. Born on October 22, 1950, he was also endearingly known as Billy and his CB handle was “Hillbilly”. He was predeceased by his beloved mother, Antoinette Lewis and his father James C Navarette
