After a long battle, William unfortunately left us on March 4th, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Katherine, 4 kids and lots of grandkids and great grandkids. Known as Butch throughout the years to friends and family. Butch will severely be missed by all. He loved to hunt, fish and grill whenever he could. His other love was working on vehicles which he made a career out of working as a semi mechanic until retiring. He was as stubborn as he was funny, always making sure to cheer you up when you needed it. He enjoyed being a grandfather and great grandfather and spent as much time as he could with them. His philosophy was if I’m going to die then I’m going to make sure I live.

We will be holding a gathering at the Warroad Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 11th, at 7:00 pm.
