Scott's obituary
My father, William Scott Moody, passed away on November 20, 2021 after a brief illness. He was 68. Scott, a resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, was born in Flordia on September 28, 1953.
He is survived by his daughter Amy Parrish; sisters Janet Cowen (Ted) and Joy Hatcher (Hugh); and granddaughters Alexis Seybold (Gerald) and Cecilia deLeon; niece and nephews Katie Hatcher, Jacob Hatcher and Daniel Haines. He was predeceased by his parents Herman Lem Moody Jr. and Loyce Parker Moody.
He was a US Army veteran and served in Turkey, Germany, Panama, Cuba, and Desert Storm/Shield. Scott retired after 20 years and went back to work for the government in the D.C. area.
