William Scott Moody (Mr. Moody) was one of the realest people I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I never had to guess where I stood with him or what he was thinking and I've learned to appreciate that about him.
Mr. Moody was funny, caring, and talked about his family all the time. Mr. Moody was also a major reason that I graduated college, I am forever grateful.
I pray that his soul is Resting in Heaven and that his family has found the strength and togetherness during the time of his passing.
Signed,
Your good friend

Haven’t talked to “Good Ole Mr Moody” ( what I always called him) in about 2 years. Emailed him (my only way of reaching him after he retired) last week with no response. Today I googled him and found his obituary. Heartbroken I am. I worked with him in Herndon in the early 2010’s. We talked about investments and how much he loved his daughter and grand daughter. He also liked woodworking and to my understanding had a little wood shop in his basement. Miss you Ole Friend.

Amy, My name is Tim Hayes, I just got the Christmas Card I sent your father for 2021 back today. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. He called me when my wife died to help boost my spirits. We knew your parents at Ft Bliss and keep in touch while we were in Germany. So sorry for your loss.

Amy, I am so very sorry. I really wasn’t ready for this news. He was too young. I have many good memories of him and our childhood-visiting in Florida and Tennessee. He was a funny little rascal. So sorry.
