In the late 1930s and early1940s  lived on the next farm to Paul and as he was 5 years older than I and that I had no siblings, he acted as an older brother introducing me to boyhood. Because of the age difference we saw much less of each other in later years. When Paul finished school he was looking for work and because my family were dealers for GE, they introduced Paul to the local GE management and so I guess the rest is history. I lost touch with Paul in later years and deeply regret I didn't make more of an effort to keep in contact with the person who had such an influence on my very early years.
