I met Bill McTigue in 1975, and he remains among a few of the most memorable persons I’ve ever known!  Despite having many lifelong health problems that would likely discourage or embitter most folks, Bill was ALWAYS a positive, fun person to hang out with.  Smart, upbeat, and witty with an unforgettable belly laugh that brought joy to those around him.  I will always remember Bill with great fondness, and will dearly miss his presence among us.  RIP, old friend!
