William's obituary
William was born on October 16, 1954 to Margaret Montreal Maynard and Leslie Maynard in Cadillac, Michigan. In his younger years he worked in manufacturing at michigan Rubber. He loved Motorcycles and always dreamed of owning a Harley. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, collecting things, swimming, yard saling, working on projects, and so much more.
William was known for his loving heart and his art work. He loved to carve pictures into wood, draw, make jewelry and most recently his beautiful paintings.
He had 2 sons and 9 grandchildren who he loved with all his heart. He was a child of God. He attended lake city free methodist church for many years and most recently First baptist church of lake city.
William is survived by His 2 Children Elijah Maynard (Tasheena Maynard) of Falmouth Michigan and Justin Maynard (Mary Maynard) of South boardman. Sister in law Donna Maynard and Darlene Maynard of Lucas michigan. And 9 grandchildren.
William was precoded in death by wife Susanne Grose, Father Leslie Maynard, Mother Margaret Montreal Maynard. Brother Ray Maynard. Brother Irving Maynard and Brother Barney Maynard.
A memorial service will be held on May 1st 2021 at 1pm at the First baptist church in Lake City. A go fund me has been set up to help pay for final expenses. Fly high daddy you will be truly missed but never forgotten. Glad you get to finally be with your true love.
