William Mattern ("Uncle Bill") passed away on Monday, February 17, 2026, at the age of 84. Uncle Bill lived his entire life in Baltimore. Bill was the son of Donald and Mary and brother to James ("Jim"). He is survived by his beloved nephews & niece: James, Andrew, and Meredith, and his sister-in-law Bonnie. A private memorial service will be held on February 24th for family only. A larger remembrance service for Bill's extended family …
