William Mathieu Obituary

William Mathieu, age 83, passed on 11/03/13. Loving father of John (Deborah), Mary Mathieu and Laura Mathieu. Devoted and loving grandfather to Rachel, Amber and Michael Mathieu. Also survived by his caring former spouse, Joanne McCarthy. He was a very caring and friendly man who will be greatly missed by his many friends and his siblings, Jeanne (late Leon) Long, Margaret (Terrence) Baker, James, Mary (Harold) Kern; uncle to many nieces & nephews. Bill Mathieu was the past President of Homewood. He bettered the Village of Homewood by bringing in public transportation, concerts, better drinking water and numerous other achievements.
