I am sorry to hear that Billy passed away. I didn't know about it until just recently when a family member told me. Billy and I were friends as kids when he lived in Ogdensburg. A few years back I saw his name and picture online through a mutual friend and reached out to him. Ever since then we kept in touch through Facebook every so often. I am sad to hear that he passed away. My sympathy goes out to his family and friends especially his mom and his daughter. 🦋Rest easy Billy...if you see my mom up there please tell her that I miss her very much🦋!!
