William Havlock MacDonald went home to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, April 11, 2020 at age 72.

Bill was born to Calvin and Laura MacDonald August 1, 1947 at Indiana Harbour Lake, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Bill had two sons and five step children.

Bill was a long haul truck driver and machine operator for over 40 years. He was recognized often for his safe driving skills with many gifts and plaques for his accomplishments.

Bill was known for his ever present smile and gentle spirit. He was the best friend anyone could have. Bill is sadly missed by all who knew him.

Much love to those at Gillis House in Merritt, BC for caring so much for Bill. Special thanks to Patty, Tammy, Samantha, Melissa, and Kylee, those that were with me for the days preceding his death. Bill loved you and I am so grateful.
