Diana, Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Our memories go back to the 1950's attending together at Aldersgate Church in Falls Church. Bill's and your life have been so rich in ministry, serving the Lord. We pray that the Lord will comfort you at his difficult time and remind you that Bill is in his glorious home now where you will be with him one day.
This is such a tragic loss of such a wonderful person, with a magnificent positive influence throughout his lifetime. I have many fond memories of him from the 70's. May the power of prayer and the love of family and friends comfort all those mourning the loss of Bill Lee.
I’m a fellow regular at the Leesburg Panera. Bill was such a kind, empathetic man. I enjoyed our many conversations about music and the state of education today. He will he missed!

Mr Lee was a great influence on my young life at LCHS. This gentle, Godly man will be missed but he leaves a great legacy of care, compassion and love on this earth. Rest well my brother in Christ at your new home in heaven. Prayers of comfort for your family and friends.
Mr. Lee was a special man and I have fond memories of both him and his wife from school. Sending my prayers to the family. Fondly, Patricia Phillips Virts (LCHS Class of 1979)
Sending my deepest condolences. Mr. Lee was an awesome teacher/band director.

Hi, Jeff
My prayers and condolences to you and your family. I know as you have said. Your father is beholding the glorious Lord. I pray for the Lord to provide comfort to your mom and your family. As you celebrate your father's faithfulness to the Lord, his wife and you and your entire family, I pray the Lord give you all that peace, that surpasses all understanding, that will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

During 2000, I visited Virginia for two months from South Africa with pastors John Moses and Abel David. We met Bill at that time and he received us very warmly.

During 2001, my family immigrated from Durban, South Africa to Purcellville, VA as a missionary pastor to the USA. I founded the Loudoun Clergy Association and headed that initiative up until 2011.
Bill was always very supportive through the years.
Bill also helped me develop a number of videos for my business from 2017 onwards. Bill had an amazing ability creating professional videos. All the years I knew Bill, he was always helpful and willing to go the extra mile with people. At 71, I am now retired from ministry. We have lost a good friend. RIP my friend.

Like most of you, I could tell a hundred stories about how Bill impacted my life for good. If I had to sum them up in one word...not a Greek word, sadly...I would say he was an encourager. Bill believed the best about me and encouraged me in so many ways to walk with the Lord, to use my gifts for His glory, to love others passionately, and to never grow weary in doing good. He encouraged me to keep cooking, too, and we enjoyed many times with food and great fellowship around the table. We have lots of coffee cups and sometimes we send a "message" with the cup that we give you. If you get the "crab" cup or the "apple of my eye" mug, it might give you something to think about. Often, after Sunday dinner, we would give Bill the "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" mug, and we would all howl with laughter until we finally named the 7th dwarf. Bill would be SO confident that he had it down, we would give him the mug again the next Sunday, and we would start all over. It makes me laugh to think about it. The morning of the accident, I had an ebullient email from Bill thanking me for a gift of cranberry sauce...such a simple thing, but I will treasure that email and my many, many blessed memories of him until the Lord calls me home. My heart is heavy, but full and very thankful for the time I had with Bill, a brother and a true friend.
