William Joseph Werner of Hampstead, NC died on March 4, 2022 at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center. He was 92 years old and is survived by his dearly beloved wife of 67 years, Monalene Raybuck, daughter Carla Gagnon, her husband Richard, seven grandchildren, Aaron Burd, Lisa Burd Delo, Ryan Burd, Christina Uzelac-Virgil, Angela Uzelac, Kyle Gagnon, Craig Gagnon and nine great grandchildren.
