Dearest Jeannie and Armstrong family.  I am so sorry for your loss and for mine as well.  Though Bill and I never spent any social time together, our communications, some brief and pointed, others brief and loving were always a benefit to me.  Through facebook, I have admired the Armstrong family and their beloved patriarch.  His encouragement to me in my and my daughter's time battling cancer, will always be remembered and treasured.  Maria and I are always here to support in whatever way appropriate. God bless you all.  Rick
The Lazzari Family is deeply saddened by the passing of our friend Bill.  John met Bill in the 60's at Northwood High School.  They flew "airplane" desks in Problems of Democracy class while eating fresh-baked donuts that Bill had bought on the way to class.  Through the years he handled many real estate settlements and other legal matters for us and our sons, Tony and Tommy.  He was always calm, reassuring, and gave great common sense and legal advice.  We enjoyed seeing him and Jeannie at the Feast of Rigatoni.  We are thankful for his friendship and presence in our lives and we will miss him greatly.  God Bless you Bill.  Rest in Peace.  Lovingly, The Lazzari Family.

Best of friends for well over 50 years.....heartfelt condolences to Jeannie and the family.   I'm thankful for the memories and good times, and will miss "The Man."

Jeannie and family, I send my sincere condolences to all of you in the loss of your William (Bill).  Jeannie, you are so very loving and so very special to me.  May you find peace in the love of your family and friends.  "O God, You accompany us on our life journey.  Welcome those who have died into your loving embrace."  With love in my heart,  Claire Lavoie

I was heartbroken when I heard of this passing. He fought such a good fight. I remember him and his family so well. Growing up our families were close. He and Spencer used to get in so much trouble together. I don’t think I even know all of it. He was a wonderful caring husband and father. He was a solid Christian. I’ve no doubt he’s rejoicing in heaven and I am certain someday I will see him again

Bill was a a wonderful caring friend and my attorney. I met him working at Sears and we even went to Maryland together. I will never forget his ability to weave a good story and make people laugh. He was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
