Funeral services for William S. James, 77, of Attalla who died last Thursday
night at the residence were held on Saturday at Butler Baptist Church.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Lola Sweatt, Mrs. Leona Hudgins and. Mrs. Minnie Oliver, of Attalla Route 1; three sons, Joe and Cecil James of Boaz and Silas James of Attalla; 37 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
Mr. James was a native of Pickens County, Georgia.
