William “Bill” Issac Rhodes, 61, of Mulberry, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Bill was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid Raiders fan and loved to fish, especially for trout and salmon. Luck was always on his side as he never failed to catch something even if they weren’t biting for anybody else.
