Obituary

William “Bill” Issac Rhodes, 61, of Mulberry, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Bill was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid Raiders fan and loved to fish, especially for trout and salmon. Luck was always on his side as he never failed to catch something even if they weren’t biting for anybody else. Bill was born in Oxnard, California September 17, 1963 to the late Joe Perry and Carol (Ashby) Rhodes. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Carol Rhodes; brother, Jefferey Rhodes; and daughter, Amber Fish.

Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. A family held memorial service will be in Rockland, California at a later date. Bill is survived by his wife of 20 years, Cyndey (Snider) Rhodes, who loved him dearly; son, Patrick Fish; daughter, Rebecca Lewis; brother, Joey Rhodes; uncle, Dennis Baker; and fourteen grandchildren.
