William Andrew Hargett, otherwise affectionately known as Andy, was born the first child of loving parents Bobby Gene and Martha Sue Hargett of Memphis, Tennessee on February 3rd, 1958. He became the oldest of four siblings and was a part of the large yet tight-knit Hargett, Prince, and Cloud families.

As he grew up, he made many friends, became a talented student athlete, and dabbled in music. In high school he excelled in competitive swimming. …
