Bill's obituary
William "Bill" Hackwoth went home to the Lord on July 9, 2022 following a long illness. He was proceeded in death by parents Jim and Betty Jo Hackworth of Blue Creek, Ohio.
Bill is survived by son Matthew, daughter in law Rhonda, grandson Noah, daughter Melanie and brother Tom.
Bill had numerous professions in his lifetime from sailor to ordained pastor, firearms expert to psychiatric social work assistant.....But, the title he held nearest to his heart was "Captain". His days on the water were never far from his thoughts.
Final arrangements are being handled by Richmond Cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held at The Colonial Heights Church of The Nazarene on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 11am.
