William "Bill" Arnold Franklin, 62, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, passed away on October 18, 2025. Bills actions often spoke louder than words, as he would literally give the shirt off his back to assist someone in need. An example of his giving nature was his passion for animals, and his love of his cats. Bill was known to frequently adopt all the neighborhood strays. His passion for the outdoors was immense, finding peace and enjoyment in fishing, camping, and hunting.

Bill is survived by his siblings; Wayne Franklin, Walt Franklin and Lee Farrington, as well as his children; Thomas, Jacklyn, Brittany, and Jared. He was also a Grandfather to several Grandkids. He was preceded in death by his Mother Dorothy Corwin and his Father Adrian Franklin.
