William "Bill" Arnold Franklin, 62, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, passed away on October 18, 2025. Bills actions often spoke louder than words, as he would literally give the shirt off his back to assist someone in need. An example of his giving nature was his passion for animals, and his love of his cats. Bill was known to frequently adopt all the neighborhood strays. His passion for the outdoors was immense, finding peace and enjoyment …
