Billy was born on March 25th, 1959 to Daniel and Mary- Ann Walton in Falls Church, VA. He was a fun loving & mischievous kid who loved baseball. As an adult he pursued construction as a career and there was nothing he couldn’t build, fix, paint, make better. …
