I am so sorry for your loss. I met Bill on the sidelines of a HS  sporting event more than 14 yrs ago, and we talked about his beautiful dogs. We enjoyed each other's fur baby pics over those 13 yrs, staying in touch through "like"s and "♥️"s and "👍"s on FB.

I will miss those from him.

Billy was my cousin and his family and our family lived very close to each other in the Acres. Billy would go deer hunting with my older brother Ed and my father Ross. I remember Billy telling me a story about one of their hunting trips and they had separated once they reached the hunting grounds and soon after Billy shot at a ten pointer and missed so he followed it's trail for about 5 min and heard a shot a little ways ahead and then he found the buck dead just ahead of him but did not see who had shot it. Then he heard my father's voice from up in the tree and looked up at my father sitting in the tree with a grin on his face. You have my prayers for his family.
