Janis Perna

Billy shared the same sense of humor as my husband. In fact both of them shared their sense of humor on many occasions, but most particularly their inside joke (humor) concerning public telephone booths (long gone now) was one that would continually encourage chuckles from both of them. He was an easy person to be friends with, and he will be missed by so many. RIP Bill....I now you are happy to be with your boys.
