Obituary
William “Billy” Joseph Council, 63, of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away Friday, May 27, 2022. Billy was born in Washington D.C. on September 7, 1958 to Brenda Council.
Billy graduated from John F. Kennedy High school and moved to Southern Maryland shortly after, where he married Patricia (Patti) and together, they raised four wonderful children. He was devoted to supporting his family and in doing so dedicated 36 years to Bell Atlantic/Verizon, where he retired. …
