William's obituary
He worked 35 years for the Department of Defense and traveled the world. Bill spent more than 25 years in his dream home in Clearwater, Florida. He enjoyed Martial Arts and earned his 6th degree Black Belt (Shotokan). He enjoyed Tai Chi, meditation, the beach and staying fit. He served in the Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Theodora G. Coulter (née Merritt), daughter, Dana M. Seufert, son William Coulter, granddaughter, Patient Coulter, sister Barbara O’Brien, godson, Ronnie Raucci, goddaughter, Lacey Brian and a friend that was like a son to him, Bill Murray.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willam Coulter and mother, Helen Dussel.
