It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of William "Billy" Spence, who departed from this life on February 22, 2024. Known lovingly as Billy, he was born on March 29, 1958 and lived a life that was full of wit, kindness, and generosity.
Billy is joyfully remembered by his daughter, Jessica Carter and son Josh Spence. His love and teachings live on in his cherished grandchildren; Trey, Kendal, Keanan, Elliana, Maison, Aubrey, …
