HUGHES SPRINGS, Tex. Dec 29 (Special)--Funeral services for William C. Green, 71 - year - old Shreveport used car dealer who died in a Shreveport hospital Thursday, were conducted at the Union Hill Baptist Church near Linden this afternoon.
Survivors include his widow, Minnie Milner Green, one son, Howard Green of Lake Charles; two daughters, Mrs Vivian Potts of Los Angeles, and Mrs. Geane [sb Jean] Smith of Memphis, Tenn; three brothers, J.A. Green of San Angelo, Tex, Travis Fletcher of Amarillo, Tex, and Curtis Fletcher of Silver Springs, Md. ; five sisters, Mrs. L.E. Taylor of Banquette, Tex, Mrs. A.H. Milner of Linden, Tex, and Mrs. H.H. Crowley of Los Angeles.
A native of the Union Hill community, Mr. Green was buried in the Union Hill Cemetery under direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home of Hughes Springs. A member of the Baptist Church and Odd Fellows Lodge. Mr. Green resided at 542 College in Shreveport.
