Born in Reading Hospital, Pa. to the Late Father James H Branford and Mother Ruth (Foulkes) Branford.

Last  resided at 420 Fort Worth  Apt 12 Norfolk, Va . Previously resided in Pottstown , Reading and West Chester Pa. 

Bill retired from Mrs Smith’s Pie, Pottstown, Pa . Worked at Chiyoda in West Chester as well as West Chester University, Pa.   

He was predeceased by brother James H Branford Jr. and sister Jeanette( Branford), Burton and 2 Grandchildren Savon M Branford, Emreon S Branford.          

He is survived by 5 children. Two sons William E Branford 2nd  of Norfolk, Va and Spencer M Branford of Atlanta, GA 3 daughters Gina M Branford , Hallandale , Fl Joslyn M Branford , Hallandale , Fl Monica Moxam Norfolk, Va          

Survived by 3 siblings Sisters Jacqueline (Branford) Nelson of Torrance, Ca. Florence (Branford) Jackson Hawthorne, Ca  Kenneth Branford, Chesterfield, Va              

8 Grandchildren, 12 Greatgrandchildren. and a host of Nieces, nephews, cousins and family who he loved dearly.

He had a love and passion for cooking, music,  traveling , flying to  the West Coast,  German Shepards and his sharp impressive wardrobe.

Metropolitan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Graveside memorial services will be a later date in Reading, Pa
