William E. Bowers, Jr., of Locust Grove, VA passed away peacefully at home on November 3, 2022. Born on December 1, 1950, in Chestertown, MD he was the son of the late William E. and Emily Bowers. Mr. Bowers grew up around the Chestertown and Rock Hall, MD area, where he loved to fish, crab and be out on the water.
He was proud to be a Vietnam Vet serving in the United States Army. …
