William Binns (also known as “Bill”) passed away peacefully on October 11, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on February 1, 1944, in Los Angeles, California to Walter Scott Binns and Peggy Antonia McSweeney.
In his early years, Bill studied in the Seminary in Santa Barbara. He then joined the Peace Corps; serving in Colombia and Vietnam. Bill later began a distinguished career …
