William (Billy)'s obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William (Billy) Lyell, also known as Red, but fondly remembered as pumpkin by his family . Born on February 12, 1975, he left this world much too soon on December 6, 2025 at the age of 50. He left behind his daughter & son-in-law, brother, sister, father, step mother, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
Please leave a message to the family on the memorial page of Billy to pay them a last tribute. A fond memory, a funny story, or just something that reminds you of Red.
Though Red has departed this earthly realm to be in the arms of Jesus, we will remember his joyous smile that would light up a room. His love will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours.
A Celebration of Life in honor of Red will be held on January 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Sandbaggers Sports Bar and Grill. Friends and family are invited to come together to remember his life, share stories, and celebrate the joy he brought into the world. It is a time to share the pain of our loss, while also cherishing the wonderful memories he left behind.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established to assist with funeral expenses. Donations can be given on Jan 3rd in person or at the following website: https://everloved.com/life-of… Your generosity during this difficult time is greatly appreciated.
As we say our final goodbyes to our beloved Billy, we keep his memory alive, reminding ourselves of the mark he left on our lives. He will forever be in our hearts.
2 Corinthians 5:1 CEV
Our bodies are like tents that we live in here on earth. But when these tents are destroyed, we know that God will give each of us a place to live. These homes will not be buildings someone has made, but they are in heaven and will last forever
